An app to improve operational and administrative tasks
We created an app to allow all Think-it employees a single place to manage all their tools and administrative tasks.
The story
The current workflow for managing operational and administrative tasks within Think-it can be fragmented and decentralized. Employees are sometimes burdened with manual processes spread across multiple tools and platforms. This decentralized approach can lead to inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and difficulties in tracking resources and tasks
Think-it’s role
We developed a centralized platform where colleagues can log in using their Think-It email and access various tools. Swarm facilitates processes such as marking attendance, booking meeting rooms, coordinating activities, organizing collective-level todos, and incorporates a kudos point scoring system to encourage cross-team collaboration in a competitive spirit.
Why it mattered
Think-it employees now have a place to manage all their various tools and engage with each other in a simple to use app.
